Seeing that little girl at Subway, June 14th, I started to reminisce. She could've been Ashley Stella. Except she wasn't. Ashley's hair was black, this kid's hair was golden brown. Her mother was taller than Cindy, and her father, was slightly taller than me. Another man joined them in line. He had a white beard and wore a black hat and black sun glasses. And, where as Ashley was verbal, about what she wanted to have, I don't recall her being a problem, about what she didn't want to have. Where as this kid, in her mother's point of view, was being that hard. Her father kept insisting, that what he had ordered for her, was something that she has eaten before.

It was the first time in 12 to 15 years, that Mom and I had been to Subway, on Eureka Way. First time, in that many years, that we had ever, even been there with a member from church. Only this time, it was two members. The soda pop dispenser was still in the dining area, in the back. And unlike Burger King, they hadn't upgraded their dispenser to the red box that's used at Safeway- the one with which you can choose what kind of Coke you want, or what kind of soda pop you want.

I've been thinking about Ashley Stella and Cynthia Lynne. Perhaps it's because Ashley is going to be 21, in December, and I haven't seen Ashley for 11 years, except for one visit in chico, during which, I let her think it was the wrong house, when it really wasn't. Nor Cindy, since last September. Maybe it's because I haven't seen them together, except in a graduation photo, of which I was to do an oil painting, in 2013. I did that painting, and sent it to Cindy. Or maybe it's because I want to see Cindy, preferably once a year, and because I haven't a girl friend. Or perhaps, it's all of the above.
I had a brief day dream of Ashley, this morning, and the past few days. Although, I wont go into specifics. I don't recall the complete day dream, anyway.

Having gone to Willows, June 19, to see Mom and Keevin, and to take them Keevin's wallet, and go to Walmart, after having a drink at Burger King, while they were having lunch, I decided to see a movie, June 20th. I first went in Target, then went to Carl's Jr, for lunch, skipping the car wash that was going on, and went to Movies 14. Because of the previews and commercials, Tomorrow Land didn't start until 1:08 PM. The little robot girl from Tomorrow Land, whose name was Athena, sort of reminded me of Ashley, but that wasn't expected, nor the reason I wanted to see it. Tomorrow Land got out at 3:08 PM, and I was the only one of the approximately 14 people, to stay for the credits. Seems it was filmed in British Columbia Canada, Florida and Los Angles. It sort of beats around the bush, but it was very good.

For dinner, I had a small take home and bake pizza, from Walmart. It was boxed similar to Safeway's, only a thin crust. I've had better crusts. But maybe I baked it, too long.
After dinner, and a video, I made an Apricot Pie. Used almost, but not quite, all the apricots that
I had bought today, and a couple of Plots.  Next, I baked some large cookies. They were so large, that I had to put them back in the oven, for an extra 12 minutes.

I'm hoping to make an orange Chicken for dinner, tomorrow. I bought a whole chicken, today, in order to make it. Although, because of the per pound price,or at least the total  price, I wished, even before paying for it, that I hadn't decided to get it. It came from Sonoma County, though. Mom and Keevin are coming home, some time tomorrow. Maybe in time for dinner. I think Orange Chicken and some baked beans, would be very nice!

I replanted my pumpkin plants and watermelon plants, but platting new seeds, day, then fertilizing and water them, this evening. Hope they produce something. Although Pumpkins are produced by the plant's flowers, in the fall. I'm hoping for watermelons, this summer, (which is already here, weather wise), which officially begins June 21 (fahter's Day).
